Breakfast if skipped will keep us sluggish throughout the day.
Balanced diet will make our bodily systems excel.
Drinking a lot of fluids (not too much), we should know that our fitness is mostly dependent on a balanced diet rather than exercising.
Dinner is a sensitive meal, it should be taken with caution. After evening our body’s digestion system becomes lazy. Junk should be strictly not eaten after evening.
Exercising keeps us stress free it helps us block negative thought and distracts us from daily worries. Increased fitness lifts up our mood and improves sleep.
Avoid sitting for too long, you can start this by putting a timer or tell your family itself to remind you to get up. Don’t forget to put your fitness, diet goals on any place which you frequently visit, to keep your willpower up whenever you look at them.
If you are struggling to make a habit, firstly; Enjoy the process and don’t drag yourself. You can firstly start of by exercising for just 2 minutes and work your way up. If you fail to motivate yourself, make your goal easier like, not to exercise, but to go outside/put your shoes (for running) .
You can plan your environment, like hide all the junk food and put all the healthy dry fruits, seed, etc in glass container for whenever you crave.
Think of negative consequence of your action and the positive effect of your required action.
